Our Story
Mi Historia
From Santa Catarina, Jalisco
I am the 11th of 12 siblings from Santa Catarina, Jalisco.
I built this fonda to honor my mother — a woman who never received a Michelin Star, but was the greatest cook in the world. She kept her doors open to feed anyone who walked by, and her kitchen was always warm.
Every plate at Fonda Doña Loca carries her hands, her sazón, and her welcome. You are not a customer here — you are family.
